When you have completed your order, please add your billing and delivery addresses as necessary, and then click the ‘Submit order’ below. We will confirm availability and postage costs by email or telephone as soon as possible within shop hours. Any book in stock will be reserved for you immediately; any book not yet published will be pre-ordered for you. We do not take payment in advance for books not yet in stock.
